How can I request a Price Match with Bedzy?

To request a price match, simply email proof of the competitor’s advertised price, including their shipping cost for the identical product, to support@bedzy.com.au. Be sure to include your postcode in the subject line. Acceptable proof includes a screenshot or a direct link to the competitor’s offer.

Once we receive your request, our team will verify that the competitor’s product is identical, available for immediate sale, and confirm their shipping rate. If the request is approved, we will create a custom order for you at the matched price. For purchases already made, we’ll refund the difference.

Please note: The price match applies only to advertised prices plus shipping costs. Additional discounts, promotional codes, or special offers will not be matched.

Eligibility and Exclusions:

• Offers not available to the general public (e.g., trade pricing, bulk purchases, special events, membership discounts)
• Cashback promotions
• Clearance items, factory seconds, ex-display, or refurbished products
• Products sold by third-party sellers on marketplaces, auction, or classified platforms
• Prices significantly below the manufacturer’s RRP or those due to errors
• Overseas suppliers

Our price match guarantee is valid before purchase and up to 24 hours after your purchase.
