This promotion is conducted by Hedger Enterprises PTY LTD, trading as Bedzy (ABN: 18 642 972 209). The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Sony. "PlayStation" is a trademark of Sony and is referenced solely to describe the prize being offered.
Prize Description
- The prize consists of one Sony PlayStation 5 Slim Digital Edition console.
- The console will be shipped directly from JB Hi-Fi, and delivery is subject to their coverage area.
Eligibility
- Participants must reside within the JB Hi-Fi delivery area.
- Entrants must be 18 years or older.
- Employees of Bedzy, their immediate family members, or anyone directly associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
How to Enter
- Every item purchased during the promotional period counts as one entry into the draw.
- Selecting Priority Processing at checkout earns an additional entry.
- There is no limit to the number of entries per customer.
Promotion Period
- The promotion is valid for orders placed between 12:01 AM, Tuesday 26th November, and 11:59 PM, Friday 29th November 2024.
- Entries outside this period will not be counted.
Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random on Saturday, 30th November 2024, at 12 PM AEDT.
- Winners will be notified via the contact details provided at checkout.
Prize Acceptance
- Winners must accept their prize in writing by replying to the notification email within 48 hours.
- Failure to confirm acceptance within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a redraw will be conducted.
- Winners are required to provide a photo of themselves with the prize for promotional purposes. By accepting the prize, winners agree to this condition.
Prize Conditions
- The prize will be shipped directly from JB Hi-Fi. Delivery is subject to JB Hi-Fi’s terms and conditions. Bedzy holds no responsibility for delays or non-delivery due to JB Hi-Fi policies.
- Bedzy does not offer warranty, returns, or delivery insurance on the prize. Any issues with the prize must be addressed directly with JB Hi-Fi or the manufacturer.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
Publicity
- By entering the promotion, winners agree to allow their first name, location (e.g., John from Brisbane), and submitted photo to be used in promotional announcements on Bedzy’s website and social media channels.
Liability
- Bedzy will not be liable for any technical, hardware, or software failures, lost or unavailable network connections that may limit or prohibit entry into the promotion.
- Bedzy accepts no responsibility for any issues, defects, or faults with the prize once delivered to the winner.
Amendments and Cancellation
- Bedzy reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances arise outside of its control.
